Responsibilities: <p><strong>1. Operational Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all operational processes of the representative office;</li><li>Represent the company in Austrian governmental institutions, liaising with regulatory and governmental bodies regarding the operation of the representative office;</li><li>Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements concerning the office’s operations.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Team Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in recruiting, training, and managing the office team;</li><li>Support effective collaboration between all departments and ensure compliance with corporate standards.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Analytics and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor market trends and prepare analytical reports for the company’s leadership;</li><li>Provide monthly reports on the office’s operational performance and outcomes.</li></ul>

Requirements: <p><strong>1. Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Work experience in international financial companies;</li><li>Proven experience in managing operational processes, including coordinating the day-to-day activities of the office and interacting with government authorities;</li><li>Experience working with social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotion in local markets.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of Austrian laws and requirements related to the operation of representative offices of international companies, and the ability to work with local regulatory and government bodies;</li><li>Excellent business communication skills for engaging with governmental bodies, clients, partners, and internal company departments;</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven solutions;</li><li>Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Education:</strong></p><ul><li>A university degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>4.
