Responsibilities: <ol><li>Monitoring of AML regulations related to legal entities and gap analysis of established policies/procedures;</li><li>Internal inspections of processes related to legal entities onboarding, monitoring, review;</li><li>Assessment of systems for correctness, efficiency and data quality; assistance in further development;</li><li>Assistance in implementation of mitigation measures and follow up;</li><li>Updating the policies and procedures related to legal entities;</li><li>Assistance in the AML risk scoring methodology for legal entities and its automatization;</li><li>Assistance in automatization of processes and forms related to legal entities, incl correspondent accounts;</li><li>Assistance to the LE onboarding team on compliance matters;</li><li>Liaising with LE onboarding team for issues related to the LE onboarding and assessment of possible solutions;</li><li>Correspondent accounts monitoring and assessment;</li><li>Other projects related to AML &amp; CTF.</li></ol>

Requirements: <ol><li>Higher education;</li><li>A minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in an AML function;</li><li>Previous experience in drafting, updating policies and procedures;</li><li>Knowledge and experience with CySEC regulations;</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills;</li><li>Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to detail;</li><li>Computer literacy, knowledgeable in Excel;</li><li>Technical literacy, understanding of IT workflows is an advantage;</li><li>Skilled in formulating technical tasks based on compliance and business needs is an advantage;</li><li>Fluent in English;</li><li>Russian and Greek is an advantage.</li></ol>
