Reconciliation Officer

Responsibilities: <ol><li><p>Prepare and maintain tables and reports, including:</p><ul><li>Trade reconciliation;</li><li>Securities counterparties reconciliation;</li><li>Analytical reporting;</li><li>Loading brokerage reports;</li><li>Launching data uploads into the database;</li><li>Cash reconciliation with counterparties;</li></ul></li><li>Communicate with other departments to investigate and resolve identified discrepancies;</li><li>Maintain a daily operations log (checklist) to track completed tasks.</li></ol>
Requirements: <ol><li>Experience in operations, middle office, back office, or financial analysis;</li><li>Strong Excel skills; experience with databases and data uploads is a plus;</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately;</li><li>Solid understanding of management accounting and business models;</li><li>Competency in financial analysis to interpret data and produce insightful reports;</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify data discrepancies;</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English;</li><li>Team player with effective collaboration skills across departments.</li></ol>
