Responsibilities: <p><strong>Professional Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to read and interpret:</p><ul><li>Electrical diagrams and layouts</li><li>HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) project designs</li><li>Architectural and construction drawings</li></ul></li><li>Solid understanding of EU construction norms and standards (including EN, ISO, DIN, etc.);</li><li>Experience in performing technical evaluations of project documentation;</li><li>Ability to prepare technical opinions and recommendations;</li><li>Capacity to provide guarantees on completed works based on project documentation;</li><li>Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable building principles (preferred);</li></ul><p><br></p>

Requirements: <p><strong>Practical Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience working on construction or engineering sites;</li><li>Proven track record of collaboration with contractors, architects, and technical supervision;</li><li>Competence in quality control over the installation and execution of engineering systems;</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Tools</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software;</li><li>Knowledge of engineering design and load calculation tools (e.g. DIALux, EPLAN, SolidWorks, etc.);</li><li>Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Languages &amp; Communication</strong></p><ul><li>English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and EU standards;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills;</li><li>Experience preparing reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders;</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team;</li><li>Willingness to travel, if required;</li><li>Possession of professional certifications (e.g., CEng, PMP, LEED) is an advantage.</li></ul>
