Responsibilities: <p>The role involves end-to-end management of internal and client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with the firm’s business development strategy. The Project Manager will act as a central coordination point between management, external partners, and internal teams (legal, compliance, operations and).</p>

Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services (brokerage firms, banks, fintech)</li><li>Understanding of KYC/AML processes</li><li>Experience in business development and commercial process support</li><li>Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools.</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills.</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Greek or Russian will be considered an asset.</li><li>PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Certifications &amp; Additional Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with<strong> </strong>financial market regulatory requirements (MiFID II, CySEC, FCA)</li><li>CFA, FRM, or other financial certifications</li><li>CySEC Basic/Advanced/AML certificate</li><li>&nbsp;PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications will be considered an advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Qualities</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail with consistent accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.</li><li>Stress resistance and ability to work in a multitasking environment.</li><li>Proactive approach with a high degree of initiative.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving objectives.</li><li>Experience working in international teams.</li><li>Understanding of different cultural nuances.</li></ul>
