Responsibilities: <ul><li>Establishment of the investment policy/ Investment policy statements and limitations.</li><li>Defining and monitoring clients’ investment profiles;</li><li>Provision of the portfolio management service in accordance with the client agreements;</li><li>Monitoring clients’ portfolios;</li><li>Monitoring external asset managers` portfolios and compliance with their investment strategies;</li><li>Preparation of investment reports, 10% depreciation reports and other reports, as applicable;</li><li>Identifying and deciding upon the various investment opportunities;</li><li>Executions of trades;</li><li>Acting in accordance with the general Company’s Internal Regulation requirements;</li><li>Acting in accordance with the client’s best interests;</li><li>Making decisions, including but not limited to compositions of portfolios, trading decisions and executing transactions;</li><li>Assessing the performance of transactions and monitoring them on a continuous basis;</li><li>Monitoring, on a daily basis, daily price changes of the financial instruments;</li><li>Drafting monthly letters to clients and reporting the performance of their portfolio;</li><li>Establishment and implementation of Chinese walls between the Brokerage, Portfolio Management and Back-Office departments, in order to ensure the protection of the Company’s clients;</li><li>Prevention of conflicts of interest situations;</li><li>Ensuring the prevention of market manipulation;</li><li>Ensuring adherence to the Company’s Code of Conduct and specifically to the rule of confidentiality;</li><li>Reporting all significant matters of the Department to the Board of Directors;</li><li>Ensuring that the Department operates as efficiently as possible and in accordance with CySEC’s relevant laws and regulations.</li></ul>

Requirements: <ul><li>CYSEC Advanced certificate</li><li>Completed degree in higher education (Finance / Maths / Accounting)</li><li>Excellent proficiency in trading systems, Excel, etc</li><li>Good data analysis and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong abilities in the field</li><li>Highly developed written and verbal communication skills</li><li>The high level of initiative</li><li>Interlinked thinking and structured way of working</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Fluency in Russian and English</li></ul>
