Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable business insights;</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data quality;</li><li>Create and automate regular reports for various stakeholders;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions through data analysis;</li><li>Design clear, effective visualizations that communicate data stories effectively.</li></ul>

Requirements: <ul><li>3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting;</li><li>2+ years of Python experience for data processing and automation;</li><li>2+ years of experience with ETL development and data pipeline work;</li><li>Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis;</li><li>Working knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite;</li><li>Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau;</li><li>Prior experience in a fintech company;</li><li>Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field;</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities;</li><li>English proficiency at B1/B2 level (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate).</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Understanding of database architecture and indexing concepts;</li><li>Familiarity with columnar databases (ClickHouse, Vertica);</li><li>Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts;</li><li>Experience with feature engineering and statistical analysis;</li><li>Background in a brokerage or financial services company.</li></ul>
