Responsibilities: <ul><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners.</li><li>Cultivate relationships and provide proactive support to partners via phone, chat, and social media channels.</li><li>Offer technical support to partners as needed.</li><li>Interpret partner requirements and deliver timely solutions.</li><li>Manage partner investment potential in line with established expectations.</li><li>Assist partners in understanding their performance by providing industry benchmarks.</li><li>Strictly carry out management's assignments.</li><li>Escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.</li></ul><p>Generate new solutions and approaches and propose them to management.</p>
Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 6 months of sales or accounting experience, preferably in the FinTech sector, credit organizations, or financial startups.</li><li>English or Russian B1 minimum; Spanish fluent in oral and written communication.</li><li>Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in stressful conditions.</li></ul>
