Responsibilities: <ul><li>earch and attraction of new partners ( <strong>cold and hot leads</strong> ) in Tajikistan</li><li>Interacting with potential clients via phone, email and social media.</li><li>Deep understanding of our products to effectively meet customer needs and handle objections.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Managing the entire negotiation process, from initial contact to closing the deal.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>Tajik</strong> at a native level or C1-C2.</li><li>Proficiency <strong>in Russian</strong> or <strong>English</strong> at level B2-C1.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in sales is desirable.</li><li>Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales plans.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals.</li><li>Ability to assess and adapt to different customer profiles and requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of technical systems and business tools.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, ability to effectively collect, systematize and apply information.</li><li>There are two types of bonuses: based on effort and based on work results.</li></ul>
