Responsibilities: <ul><li><strong>Search and attraction of new partners (cold and hot leads)</strong> in <strong>Uzbekistan</strong> .</li><li>Interacting with potential clients via phone, email and social media.</li><li>Deep understanding of our products to effectively meet customer needs and handle objections.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Managing the entire negotiation process, from initial contact to closing the deal.</li></ul>

Requirements: <ul><li><strong>Proficiency in Uzbek at a native level or C1-C2.</strong></li><li><strong>Proficiency in Russian or English at level B2-C1.</strong></li><li>At least 1 year of experience in sales is desirable.</li><li>Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales plans.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals.</li><li>Ability to assess and adapt to different customer profiles and requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of technical systems and business tools.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, ability to effectively collect, systematize and apply information.</li></ul>
