Description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and evolve our people function. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CHRO will shape and execute our HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s business goals, culture, and long-term growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with a deep understanding of talent management, organizational development, and employee experience.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives Drive organizational design, change management, and leadership development programs Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks Foster a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices across all regions Build and scale HR processes, systems, and policies to support company growth Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Requirements: Proven experience as a CHRO, HR Director, or senior HR leader Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and organizational development Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with executive teams and boards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
