Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Description: Операционный лидер, отвечающий за построение и масштабирование операционной модели компании.

Responsibilities: Выстраивание и оптимизация операционных процессов компании; масштабирование операционной модели под рост бизнеса; координация работы между ключевыми департаментами (Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Tech); внедрение KPI, систем контроля и прозрачной отчетности; автоматизация и цифровизация внутренних процессов; контроль операционной эффективности и поиск точек роста; участие в стратегическом планировании и реализации бизнес-инициатив.

Requirements: 5+ лет опыта на позиции COO / Head of Operations / Operations Director; опыт построения и масштабирования операционных функций; сильный опыт кросс-функционального управления; понимание финансового контроля, budgeting и performance metrics; английский B2-C1. Будет плюсом опыт в fintech / crypto / payment infrastructure.
