Customer Support Specialist for Algorithmic (NFT) Clients

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing algorithmic trading clients;</li><li>Identify and acquire new clients interested in algorithmic trading solutions;</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of our trading platforms and APIs;</li><li>Educate clients about the platform’s features and how they align with their trading strategies;</li><li>Analyze client feedback to identify areas for platform improvement and relay suggestions to the development team;</li><li>Participation in conferences and seminars to expand networking and attract clients;</li><li>Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform efficiently;</li><li>Proactively monitor client activities to preempt and resolve technical or strategic issues;</li><li>Collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams to implement custom solutions for HFT, algorithmic clients and prop teams.</li></ul>

Requirements: <ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client support, acquisition, or algorithmic trading-related roles;</li><li>Strong understanding of algorithmic trading strategies and platforms, familiarity with trading APIs, FIX protocol, and financial market structures;</li><li>Expertise in the specifics of DMA business, including direct exchange connections and Cross Connect;</li><li>Understanding of direct connections: FIX, FAST, TWIME, SIMBA, and others;</li><li>Deep understanding of exchange and clearing infrastructure;</li><li>Experience in servicing HFT clients with technical infrastructure support;</li><li>Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical clients;</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to algorithmic trading platforms;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;</li><li>This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and finance who are eager to support and grow a client base in a dynamic and innovative industry;</li><li>Ability to speak and write in English fluently will be a competitive advantage.</li></ul>
