Legal Adviser

Responsibilities: <ol><li>2–4 years of relevant legal experience in supporting marketing, HR, corporate, <br>managing properties, real estate transactions matters, either in-house (preferably <br>within a CIF or fintech company) or at a law firm servicing financial institutions or <br>tech clients;</li><li>Law degree from a civil law or common law jurisdiction; LLM or international legal <br>exposure is a strong advantage;</li><li>Solid hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and <br>contracts governed by English law;</li><li>Proficiency in drafting various legal documents in both English and Russian;</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;</li><li>High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to managing multiple <br>responsibilities;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team and cross-functional teams;</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization and time management;</li><li>Positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.</li></ol>
Requirements: <ol><li>Provide legal support in coordination with the Head of Legal Services and senior legal<br>staff on matters related to the Company’s operations;</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, including agreements<br>with service providers and external partners concerning marketing, HR, corporate,<br>managing properties, and real estate transactions matters;</li><li>Offer legal guidance to internal departments, including HR, Marketing, Property<br>Management, and Business Development;</li><li>Assist with legal and corporate matters related to the Company’s EU-based<br>subsidiaries (tied agents);</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of internal legal documentation, templates, and policies;</li><li>Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and contract summaries;</li><li>Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure legally sound business practices;</li><li>Stay up to date with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments;</li><li>Perform additional legal tasks and support as required based on business needs.</li></ol>
