Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as the primary contact for Polish-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer questions about the product and platform, and resolve inquiries;</li><li>Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introductory calls;</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction;</li><li>Identify client needs and provide appropriate investment-related guidance;</li><li>Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product, Compliance) to ensure smooth service delivery;</li><li>Collect and share client feedback to improve services and internal processes.</li></ul>

Requirements: <ul><li>Fluent Polish for communication with local clients</li><li>Fluent English for internal communication</li><li>2+ years of experience in financial services or a brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role</li><li>Candidates with strong customer support experience in investment-related topics are welcome</li><li>Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach</li></ul>
