Responsibilities: <ul><li>Working with clients: attracting new clients to the company and developing relationships with existing ones;</li><li>Ensuring first contact with the client: conducting company presentations and presenting available investment products;</li><li>Resolving current client issues based on their individual needs and requests;</li><li>Regular communication and maintaining contact with clients to maintain trusting relationships, informing about new opportunities in the stock market and changes in investment strategy;</li><li>Administrative support: maintaining documentation, assistance in processing transactions, ensuring timely exchange of information between the client and the company;</li><li>Participation in specialized conferences and business communities, which includes: presenting the company and its investment products;</li><li>Searching for and engaging relevant influencers in the region;</li><li>Interacting with the company's internal departments (marketing, analytics) to ensure high-quality customer service;</li><li>Analyzing customer feedback and adapting approaches to increase their satisfaction;</li><li>Preparing reports on the results of working with customers and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to create a portrait of the company's target customer.</li></ul>
