Responsibilities: <ol><li>5+ years’ experience in such a role in-house (CIF company+ IT(fintech)) or within the<br>legal firm (specialties – legal service to CIF companies+ IT(fintech)); </li><li>JD degree in Law (from common-law jurisdiction), OR equivalent of JD degree (from civil<br>law jurisdiction) + LLM from common-law jurisdictions;</li><li>Experience in supporting CIF company on a day-to-day basis; </li><li>Expertise in capital and money markets regulation, including but not limited to MiFID,<br>CySEC, and applicable EU regulation, GDPR, IP regulation, etc;</li><li>Deep understanding of capital brokerage, advisory, and portfolio management business<br>(securities, instruments, standardized capital market agreements, TOBs. etc);</li><li>Strong skills in drafting various legal documents in both English and Russian languages;</li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and social skills;</li><li>Accuracy, speed, and attention to details;</li><li>Ability to recognize the issue and fix it independently and within the team;</li><li>Multitask and ability to arrange priorities and handle multiple priorities;</li><li>Fluent in Russian and English (oral &amp; written );</li><li>Advanced computer skills; </li><li>High level of responsibility, positive and team-oriented attitude.<br></li></ol>

Requirements: <ol><li>Solving and following up on issues with regard to legal matters to ensure that the best<br>possible service can be offered to our stakeholders in close cooperation with the Head of legal services and teammates;</li><li>Analyzing and applying legal and regulatory requirements with respect to any issues<br>related to the Company’s business activities under the CySec License and under the<br>Cypriot legislation, EU legislation applicable to the Cypriot Companies, sanctions-related<br>regulation, DORA, GDPR, etc.);</li><li>Where necessary - drafting and reviewing any legal transactional documents to be entered<br>by the Company with any person, including but not limited to third-party service<br>providers, prime brokers, banks, payment institutions, introducing brokers, investors,<br>Clients, etc.;</li><li>Being the Master of the Company’s Terms of Business and related to its transactional<br>documents;</li><li>Preparing legal memos in respect of any legal/regulatory issues arising during the<br>operation of the Company;</li><li>Engaging with external legal providers if necessary;</li><li>Where necessary - providing legal support under the supervision of the Head of legal<br>services to all Company’s Departments in their day-to-day activities;</li><li>Where necessary – drafting, revising, and advising on internal policies and regulations in<br>cooperation with the relevant Departments concerning their conformity with the<br>applicable legislation in force;</li><li>Reviewing Company’s websites and Trading platform (‘thru customer’s eyes”) to ensure<br>compliance with legal requirements and procedures Adopting a customer-oriented attitude by guiding stakeholders and offering them the most appropriate solution and excellent<br>service;</li><li>Showing best practices on how to approach tasks and offer help to other team members<br>where necessary;</li><li>Staying informed about professional knowledge and applied skills in judicial and CIF-<br>related areas to maximize your professional expertise and use it in your daily work;</li><li>Performing any other relevant duties as may be required or other tasks related to the above responsibilities due to the Company’s needs.</li></ol>
