Responsibilities: <ol><li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for operational positions in Cyprus;</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels;</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and business objectives;</li><li>Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to improve recruitment processes;</li><li>Ensure a first-class candidate experience that reflects our company’s values and culture;</li><li>Mentor junior recruiters if needed and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.</li></ol>
Requirements: <ol><li>5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operational roles;</li><li>Proven experience hiring in the financial services sector or other regulated industries;</li><li>Strong understanding of the Cyprus labor market and local hiring practices;</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills;</li><li>A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently;</li><li>Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).</li></ol>
