Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities: <ol><li>AML, KYC and other onboarding documents review;</li><li>Monitoring of local compliance legislative changes;</li><li>Monthly review of a sample of conversations with customers from the compliance perspective;</li><li>Monitoring of the marketing activities of the local external partners (ad agencies, influencers) from the compliance perspective;</li><li>Review of FATCA/CRS self-certification forms and where necessary of W8 BEN forms and verification of tax withheld;</li><li>Assist, when necessary, with the counterparties request on KYC and due diligence of the Company;</li><li>Support, when necessary, by providing information during reviews of external regulators;</li><li>To be fully responsible in all the compliance matters, ensuring compliance with the local law and regulatory requirements.</li></ol>

Requirements: <ol><li>3+ years of experience in AML/KYC Compliance;</li><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Finance;</li><li>Understanding EU AML legislation;</li><li>Understanding of MiFID directive in relation to the provision of MiFID investment and ancillary services;</li><li>FATCA/CRS experience will be considered as a plus;</li><li>Soft skills in communication with the account managers regarding client documents’ assessment and requests for additional documents/information;</li><li>Fluent French, advanced English.</li></ol>
