Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as a primary contact for Italian-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries.</li><li>Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.</li><li>Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance.</li><li>Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service.</li><li>Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.</li></ul>
