Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as a primary contact for French-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries.</li><li>Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.</li><li>Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance.</li><li>Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service.</li><li>Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.</li></ul>

Requirements: <ul><li>Fluent French (C2/native-level) to communicate with local clients.</li><li>Fluent English for internal communication.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role.</li><li>Candidates with strong Customer Support experience in investment-related topics are welcome.</li><li>Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Motivation and potential to grow into a full Relationship Manager position.</li></ul>
