Responsibilities

1. Brand Awareness:

  • Actively participate in implementing strategies to increase the company’s brand recognition in the Austrian market;
  • Engage with local social media and media platforms to promote the brand;
  • Take part in marketing campaigns and events aimed at strengthening the brand’s presence in the local market;
  • Actively participate in PR activities, including crafting press releases and managing media relations;
  • Engage with various media outlets to ensure positive coverage and consistent brand visibility across the market.

2. Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational processes of the representative office;
  • Represent the company in Austrian governmental institutions, liaising with regulatory and governmental bodies regarding the operation of the representative office;
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements concerning the office’s operations.

3. Team Management:

  • Participate in recruiting, training, and managing the office team;
  • Support effective collaboration between all departments and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends and prepare analytical reports for the company’s leadership;
  • Provide monthly reports on the office’s operational performance and outcomes.

Requirements

1. Experience and Qualifications:

  • Work experience in international financial companies;
  • Proven experience in managing operational processes, including coordinating the day-to-day activities of the office and interacting with government authorities;
  • Experience working with social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotion in local markets.

2. Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of Austrian laws and requirements related to the operation of representative offices of international companies, and the ability to work with local regulatory and government bodies;
  • Excellent business communication skills for engaging with governmental bodies, clients, partners, and internal company departments;
  • Ability to analyze market trends, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven solutions;
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff.

3. Education:

  • A university degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.

4. Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English.

5. Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to motivate and manage a small team;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment;
  • Initiative in finding solutions and readiness to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to ensure the company meets all obligations to governmental and regulatory bodies.
