Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring of AML regulations related to legal entities and gap analysis of established policies/procedures;
  2. Internal inspections of processes related to legal entities onboarding, monitoring, review;
  3. Assessment of systems for correctness, efficiency and data quality; assistance in further development;
  4. Assistance in implementation of mitigation measures and follow up;
  5. Updating the policies and procedures related to legal entities;
  6. Assistance in the AML risk scoring methodology for legal entities and its automatization;
  7. Assistance in automatization of processes and forms related to legal entities, incl correspondent accounts;
  8. Assistance to the LE onboarding team on compliance matters;
  9. Liaising with LE onboarding team for issues related to the LE onboarding and assessment of possible solutions;
  10. Correspondent accounts monitoring and assessment;
  11. Other projects related to AML & CTF.

Requirements

  1. Higher education;
  2. A minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in an AML function;
  3. Previous experience in drafting, updating policies and procedures;
  4. Knowledge and experience with CySEC regulations;
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills;
  6. Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to detail;
  7. Computer literacy, knowledgeable in Excel;
  8. Technical literacy, understanding of IT workflows is an advantage;
  9. Skilled in formulating technical tasks based on compliance and business needs is an advantage;
  10. Fluent in English;
  11. Russian and Greek is an advantage.
