Responsibilities

The role involves end-to-end management of internal and client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with the firm’s business development strategy. The Project Manager will act as a central coordination point between management, external partners, and internal teams (legal, compliance, operations and).

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services (brokerage firms, banks, fintech)
• Understanding of KYC/AML processes
• Experience in business development and commercial process support
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Greek or Russian will be considered an asset.
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is a plus.

Certifications & Additional Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial market regulatory requirements (MiFID II, CySEC, FCA)
• CFA, FRM, or other financial certifications
• CySEC Basic/Advanced/AML certificate
•  PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications will be considered an advantage
