Responsibilities

  • Establishment of the investment policy/ Investment policy statements and limitations.
  • Defining and monitoring clients’ investment profiles;
  • Provision of the portfolio management service in accordance with the client agreements;
  • Monitoring clients’ portfolios;
  • Monitoring external asset managers` portfolios and compliance with their investment strategies;
  • Preparation of investment reports, 10% depreciation reports and other reports, as applicable;
  • Identifying and deciding upon the various investment opportunities;
  • Executions of trades;
  • Acting in accordance with the general Company’s Internal Regulation requirements;
  • Acting in accordance with the client’s best interests;
  • Making decisions, including but not limited to compositions of portfolios, trading decisions and executing transactions;
  • Assessing the performance of transactions and monitoring them on a continuous basis;
  • Monitoring, on a daily basis, daily price changes of the financial instruments;
  • Drafting monthly letters to clients and reporting the performance of their portfolio;
  • Establishment and implementation of Chinese walls between the Brokerage, Portfolio Management and Back-Office departments, in order to ensure the protection of the Company’s clients;
  • Prevention of conflicts of interest situations;
  • Ensuring the prevention of market manipulation;
  • Ensuring adherence to the Company’s Code of Conduct and specifically to the rule of confidentiality;
  • Reporting all significant matters of the Department to the Board of Directors;
  • Ensuring that the Department operates as efficiently as possible and in accordance with CySEC’s relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • CYSEC Advanced certificate
  • Completed degree in higher education (Finance / Maths / Accounting)
  • Excellent proficiency in trading systems, Excel, etc
  • Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong abilities in the field
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • The high level of initiative
  • Interlinked thinking and structured way of working
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluency in Russian and English
