Responsibilities

• Onboarding New Affiliates: Facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new affiliate partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, offering proactive support.
• Technical Support: Provide affiliates with technical assistance, promptly resolving any issues.
• Performance Analysis: Track affiliate performance data, generate reports using our affiliate management system, and suggest optimizations.
• Communication: Act as the primary contact for affiliate inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses. 

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
•  Previous experience in Sales, Client Support, or Account Management is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and grow in Affiliate Marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
