Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe employees’ computer activity during working hours in accordance with company policies.
• Take clear and accurate notes about any unusual or concerning activity.
• Inform the Team Leader or Senior Operator about detected issues or observations in a timely manner.
• Follow internal guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all monitored data.
• Prepare short daily or shift-based reports.
• Support the team with other monitoring-related tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Good command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Confident computer user (Microsoft Office, basic online tools).
• No previous experience required – training will be provided.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to stay focused.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
