Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners.
- Cultivate relationships and provide proactive support to partners via phone, chat, and social media channels.
- Offer technical support to partners as needed.
- Interpret partner requirements and deliver timely solutions.
- Manage partner investment potential in line with established expectations.
- Assist partners in understanding their performance by providing industry benchmarks.
- Strictly carry out management's assignments.
- Escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
Generate new solutions and approaches and propose them to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of sales or accounting experience, preferably in the FinTech sector, credit organizations, or financial startups.
- English or Russian B1 minimum; Spanish fluent in oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in stressful conditions.
