Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with new partners to expand our platform's ecosystem.
- Manage a pipeline of potential collaborators, responding to inquiries and initiating new connections.
- Lead discussions and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Serve as the main relationship manager, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for partners at every stage.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate the smooth integration of new partners.
- Independently research new market opportunities and potential partners.
- Help partners understand our platform's value and how we can grow together.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- A natural self-starter with a structured and reliable approach to work.
- Energetic and positive, with a drive to find creative solutions and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal interactions.
- Fluent in Amharic (native) OR Oromo (native), and English (intermediate or higher).
Desirable Skills (as an advantage):
- A background in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Experience using CRM tools for managing and tracking partner interactions.
- An understanding of the e-commerce or financial technology sector.
