Search and attraction of new partners (cold and hot leads) in Kyrgyzstan.
Interacting with potential clients via phone, email and social media.
Deep understanding of our products to effectively meet customer needs and handle objections.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Managing the entire negotiation process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

Proficiency in Kyrgyz language at a native level or C1-C2.
Proficiency in Russian or English at level B2-C1.
At least 1 year of experience in sales is desirable.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales plans.
Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals.
Ability to assess and adapt to different customer profiles and requirements.
Knowledge of technical systems and business tools.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to effectively collect, systematize and apply information.
