Head of Events Management Unit

Responsibilities

1. Concept ideas creation, budgeting, and full support before, during, and after the event
   All communications with the venue: halls, technical support, catering
2. Search and work with third-party people, companies: decorators, technicians, artists, design, etc.
3. Design of scenario, timing, programs of events
4. Search and invitation of the speakers
5. Cultural programs for guests and journalists
6. Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and event attendees
7. Post-event activities (photo, video, etc)
8. Reporting to the management

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including organizing large-scale internal and external events (corporate, client, and partner events);
2. Proven track record in managing end-to-end event projects - from concept to post-event evaluation;
3. Strong experience in budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations;
4. Knowledge of CY event industry market: decorators, artists, venues, and suppliers;
5. Experience in collaboration with media and marketing teams - event promotion and creating PR opportunities;
6. Experience working with VIP guests, keynote speakers, and journalists — from invitations to full support;
7. Leadership and Cross-functional skills;
8. Experience in team management.
