Responsibilities

  1. 2–4 years of relevant legal experience in supporting marketing, HR, corporate,
    managing properties, real estate transactions matters, either in-house (preferably
    within a CIF or fintech company) or at a law firm servicing financial institutions or
    tech clients;
  2. Law degree from a civil law or common law jurisdiction; LLM or international legal
    exposure is a strong advantage;
  3. Solid hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and
    contracts governed by English law;
  4. Proficiency in drafting various legal documents in both English and Russian;
  5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  6. High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to managing multiple
    responsibilities;
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team and cross-functional teams;
  8. Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization and time management;
  9. Positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  1. Provide legal support in coordination with the Head of Legal Services and senior legal
    staff on matters related to the Company’s operations;
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, including agreements
    with service providers and external partners concerning marketing, HR, corporate,
    managing properties, and real estate transactions matters;
  3. Offer legal guidance to internal departments, including HR, Marketing, Property
    Management, and Business Development;
  4. Assist with legal and corporate matters related to the Company’s EU-based
    subsidiaries (tied agents);
  5. Support the development and maintenance of internal legal documentation, templates, and policies;
  6. Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and contract summaries;
  7. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure legally sound business practices;
  8. Stay up to date with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments;
  9. Perform additional legal tasks and support as required based on business needs.
