Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Polish-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer questions about the product and platform, and resolve inquiries;
• Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introductory calls;
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction;
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate investment-related guidance;
• Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product, Compliance) to ensure smooth service delivery;
• Collect and share client feedback to improve services and internal processes.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish for communication with local clients
• Fluent English for internal communication
• 2+ years of experience in financial services or a brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role
• Candidates with strong customer support experience in investment-related topics are welcome
• Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach
