Responsibilities

1. 5+ years’ experience in such a role in-house (CIF company+ IT(fintech)) or within the
   legal firm (specialties – legal service to CIF companies+ IT(fintech));
2. JD degree in Law (from common-law jurisdiction), OR equivalent of JD degree (from civil
   law jurisdiction) + LLM from common-law jurisdictions;
3. Experience in supporting CIF company on a day-to-day basis;
4. Expertise in capital and money markets regulation, including but not limited to MiFID,
   CySEC, and applicable EU regulation, GDPR, IP regulation, etc;
5. Deep understanding of capital brokerage, advisory, and portfolio management business
   (securities, instruments, standardized capital market agreements, TOBs. etc);
6. Strong skills in drafting various legal documents in both English and Russian languages;
7. Exceptional organizational, communication, and social skills;
8. Accuracy, speed, and attention to details;
9. Ability to recognize the issue and fix it independently and within the team;
10. Multitask and ability to arrange priorities and handle multiple priorities;
11. Fluent in Russian and English (oral & written );
12. Advanced computer skills;
13. High level of responsibility, positive and team-oriented attitude.
    

Requirements

1. Solving and following up on issues with regard to legal matters to ensure that the best
   possible service can be offered to our stakeholders in close cooperation with the Head of legal services and teammates;
2. Analyzing and applying legal and regulatory requirements with respect to any issues
   related to the Company’s business activities under the CySec License and under the
   Cypriot legislation, EU legislation applicable to the Cypriot Companies, sanctions-related
   regulation, DORA, GDPR, etc.);
3. Where necessary - drafting and reviewing any legal transactional documents to be entered
   by the Company with any person, including but not limited to third-party service
   providers, prime brokers, banks, payment institutions, introducing brokers, investors,
   Clients, etc.;
4. Being the Master of the Company’s Terms of Business and related to its transactional
   documents;
5. Preparing legal memos in respect of any legal/regulatory issues arising during the
   operation of the Company;
6. Engaging with external legal providers if necessary;
7. Where necessary - providing legal support under the supervision of the Head of legal
   services to all Company’s Departments in their day-to-day activities;
8. Where necessary – drafting, revising, and advising on internal policies and regulations in
   cooperation with the relevant Departments concerning their conformity with the
   applicable legislation in force;
9. Reviewing Company’s websites and Trading platform (‘thru customer’s eyes”) to ensure
   compliance with legal requirements and procedures Adopting a customer-oriented attitude by guiding stakeholders and offering them the most appropriate solution and excellent
   service;
10. Showing best practices on how to approach tasks and offer help to other team members
    where necessary;
11. Staying informed about professional knowledge and applied skills in judicial and CIF-
    related areas to maximize your professional expertise and use it in your daily work;
12. Performing any other relevant duties as may be required or other tasks related to the above responsibilities due to the Company’s needs.
