Responsibilities

1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for operational positions in Cyprus;
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels;
3. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and business objectives;
4. Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to improve recruitment processes;
5. Ensure a first-class candidate experience that reflects our company’s values and culture;
6. Mentor junior recruiters if needed and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operational roles;
2. Proven experience hiring in the financial services sector or other regulated industries;
3. Strong understanding of the Cyprus labor market and local hiring practices;
4. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills;
5. A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently;
6. Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
