Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Monitoring
- Monitor affiliate marketing activity across digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, CySEC Circulars (e.g., C417), and ESMA guidelines.
- Analyze affiliate traffic and reports to identify potential compliance issues.
2. Influencer Monitoring
- Track and review influencer campaigns and content.
- Ensure all influencer promotions follow regulatory rules and company policies.
- Maintain records of influencer agreements and performance.
3. Internal Marketing Monitoring
- Review the company’s marketing content, including websites, email campaigns, social media posts, videos, webinars, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all communications are fair, clear, and not misleading in accordance with MiFID II and CySEC/ESMA standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide compliance approvals and feedback.
4. Regulatory Monitoring
- Stay updated on changes to CySEC, ESMA, and EU regulations affecting marketing and financial promotions.
- Support internal implementation of new or updated regulatory requirements.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare internal reports and draft responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of reviewed content, approvals, and compliance actions taken.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of EU and CySEC marketing compliance rules (e.g., ESMA Q&A on marketing communications, MiFID II, AML guidelines);
- Familiarity with affiliate and influencer platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, CPA networks);
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal, marketing compliance, or financial services;
- Strong analytical and monitoring skills with attention to detail;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered advantage;
- Experience reviewing or monitoring financial promotions is a plus.
